At Harlow Corso, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, our team is here to assist and find a suitable resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to update your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

After this timeframe, orders move into processing and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of your purchase date. This timeframe allows sufficient time for delivery and review of your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unworn
  • Items must be in their original packaging and in re-sellable condition
  • A return request must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Sale items (final sale unless confirmed faulty by our team)
  • Free + Shipping promotional items (see below)
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or removed tags

Starting a Return

To initiate a return, email support@harlowcorso.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please wait for written approval before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Once approved, we will provide the correct return instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless a fault has been confirmed by our team prior to return approval.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take quality seriously. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, is damaged on arrival, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date at support@harlowcorso.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the issue

Our team will review your claim against your order details and the evidence provided. If approved, we will arrange a replacement at no cost. Refunds will only be issued where a replacement cannot be provided.

Important Notes

  • Items that do not fit or are not to personal preference are not considered faulty
  • Sizing concerns where the item aligns with our size guide are not eligible
  • We recommend reviewing the size guide or contacting us prior to purchase if unsure
  • All claims are subject to review and verification by our team

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.

Order Not Received

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate:

  • Domestic orders: after 28 days from shipment
  • International orders: after 45 days from shipment

Harlow Corso is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details
  • Missed delivery attempts
  • Customs delays or unpaid duties

Orders returned due to customer error are not eligible for shipping refunds.

Free + Shipping Promotional Items

These items are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. If verified, we will arrange a replacement.

Exchanges

We replace items confirmed as faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred option is unavailable, we will work with you to find the best possible resolution
